Livestock Terms and Conditions

1. No Shipping Provided

We do not offer shipping or delivery services for any livestock purchased through this auction. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to arrange for pickup and transportation of the animals.

2. Pickup Arrangements
• Buyers must coordinate directly with the seller to schedule pickup within 3 days for cattle and 7 days for horses of the auction closing.
• Failure to arrange pickup within the specified time may result in additional boarding fees or forfeiture of the animal, at the seller’s discretion.

3. Health and Welfare
• Animals are sold "as-is" unless otherwise specified by the seller.
• Buyers are encouraged to inspect or request detailed information prior to bidding.
• Once sold, all responsibility for the animal's care, transport, and welfare transfers to the buyer.

4. Payment and Ownership Transfer
• Full payment must be made within 48 hours of auction close.
• Ownership of the animal(s) will not transfer until payment has been received in full and verified.

5. Liability
• The auction host and seller are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during transport or pickup.
